Own hands-on product testing and verification across the development lifecycle, from prototypes through production readiness. Design and build test rigs, develop standardized test methods, analyze test data, assess regulatory compliance, coordinate external test facilities, and integrate physical results with structural, thermal, and mechanical simulations. The role also supports continuous product improvement through close collaboration with mechanical and design engineers.

Leads Ooni’s quality strategy, quality management system, supplier quality programs, and a team of three. Oversees product quality governance from development through mass production, leads CAPA and advanced root-cause investigations, manages supplier audits and escalations, and partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sourcing. The role serves as the technical quality authority for consumer appliances and ensures quality processes integrate with business systems such as SAP.

The Senior Demand Planner will develop and maintain regional and global 12-month demand forecasts, facilitate S&OP processes, analyze data, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Category Management, and Supply Planning. The role requires independent ownership of longer-term planning, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, risk assessment, and integration of new products and supply constraints into demand plans.
