Own commercial strategy, forecasting, assortment, promotions and profitability for Ace Hardware, Home Depot and Lowe’s. Lead line reviews, forecasting, inventory health, promotional economics and sell-through initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally and with field teams to drive retail and e-commerce performance, protect margin, and build senior buyer relationships. Travel ~25%.

Lead North American wholesale and national accounts for the brand, owning P&L, channel strategy, and demonstration-driven sell-through. Build and scale distribution segmentation, premium assortment, Costco/club programs, and a demonstration organization. Oversee US and Canada operations, partner with analytics, DTC, marketing, logistics and finance, and hire and develop a high-performing sales team.
