Teams at Oodle Car Finance

Leads the Credit Risk function, overseeing credit strategies, affordability, identity and income verification, fraud detection, loss forecasting, provisioning, stress testing, and risk governance. Presents to executive and board committees, partners with product, data, engineering, commercial, and operations teams, and ensures regulatory and customer-focused outcomes. Manages and develops analysts while guiding bespoke risk assessments and long-term team strategy.

Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of customer interactions, journeys, and operational processes in a financial services environment. Assess FCA compliance, Consumer Duty, vulnerability, customer outcomes, and operational risk. Analyze findings to identify trends, root causes, and potential customer harm; provide evidence-based recommendations, feedback, and escalation. Participate in calibration and assurance sessions, maintain stakeholder relationships, support remediation and continuous improvement, and contribute to training and onboarding.
