Lead design, deployment and support of Microsoft-based digital workplace services (Entra/M365/Intune/Exchange/Teams). Implement identity integrations (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC), endpoint management, backups, networking, automation/AI initiatives, and asset management. Provide expert Windows/macOS support, collaborate with InfoSec and Platform Engineering, and improve service desk workflows and incident/problem management.

Manage and grow a dealer network across Yorkshire, meeting volume and profit targets. Build relationships, onboard and train dealers, deliver sales presentations, monitor compliance and Consumer Duty, analyse market data, report account performance, and travel frequently to conduct face-to-face meetings and support dealer success.
