Designs and oversees electrical systems for data centers from grid interface through rack, including MV/LV distribution, standby power, UPS, earthing, and protection. Coordinates multidisciplinary designs, reviews consultant and vendor deliverables, supports construction, commissioning, testing, and energization, and maintains reference designs and engineering standards. Provides electrical input for site selection, master planning, CAPEX estimates, procurement, retrofits, sustainability, and technical decision-making.

Serves as the primary legal advisor to OnZero’s executives and business teams. Drafts and negotiates complex German and English commercial agreements, manages corporate governance, financing, M&A, due diligence, compliance, disputes, and cross-border legal matters. Establishes legal processes, coordinates external counsel, monitors regulatory developments, and supports the growth of an internal legal function.

Design and deliver mechanical cooling, heat rejection, HVAC, and liquid-cooling systems for AI data centers. Develop heat and mass balances, P&IDs, equipment schedules, and technical specifications; review consultant and vendor deliverables; and support design, construction, commissioning, testing, and operations. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering work, maintain reference designs and standards, assess emerging technologies, support cost and feasibility studies, and ensure performance, sustainability, safety, and environmental requirements are met.
