Lead North American deployment of electronic hardware across wind turbine portfolios. Manage 3–5 field engineers, oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, vendors, subcontractors, and customer requirements. Provide technical leadership, pre-sales support, risk management, and field issue resolution while promoting continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on installation experience, stakeholder coordination, people leadership, wind turbine site work, and approximately 25% domestic travel with occasional international travel.

Provides field engineering support for onshore and offshore wind farms across Europe. Responsibilities include asset integrity inspections, installing condition monitoring hardware, managing sensor installation projects, preparing risk assessments and method statements, coordinating subcontractors, supporting failure analysis, and producing customer reports. The role requires hands-on work at height and offshore, shift flexibility, strong engineering fundamentals, and effective technical communication.

Hands-on security operations role: lead monitoring, triage, and incident response with an external SOC/MDR. Maintain CSPM/SAST/DAST tooling, manage vulnerability and penetration testing programs, perform internal security audits and ISO 27001 risk assessments, and produce findings, risk registers, and audit-ready reports.
