Coordinates between operations, estimating, account management, and clients to generate draft quotes, process inspection reports, manage revisions, submit approved materials, document exceptions, and maintain KPI and activity records.

Provides administrative support for provincial key accounts, coordinating hotel bookings, technician clearance and compliance tracking, documentation, billing, invoicing, work orders, scheduling, reporting, estimating, data cleanup, account transitions, and process improvement initiatives. The role helps manage backlogs, employee absences, month-end requirements, special projects, and risks that could affect scheduled work or client KPIs.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, build and maintain relationships, negotiate contracts, manage renewals and proposals, ensure timely delivery of services, collaborate with operations to resolve client issues, track pipeline and report progress, attend client meetings and industry events, and perform administrative coordination as needed.
