Lead a cross-functional team building the Content Data Platform: own data ingestion, provenance, quality, and delivery pipelines; hire and mentor engineers; drive platform roadmap, reliability (SLOs, monitoring, incident response), schema/data contracts, and cross-team alignment with product and analytics stakeholders.

Build, scale, and maintain hunt-specific backend services and data models. Own the data layer, design APIs and microservices, write unit/integration tests, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, and embed AI where appropriate to improve workflows and reliability.

Lead strategy and execution for collecting, structuring, and activating customer-generated data as a cross-vertical platform capability. Drive discovery, define roadmaps, own shared APIs/SDKs and developer-facing services, and partner with engineering, design, and product teams to enable reusable contributions across verticals. Champion adoption, ensure data quality and responsible use, measure outcomes, and leverage AI to accelerate discovery and product decisions. Influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization and lead a cross-functional squad from discovery through iteration.
