Lead strategy and execution for total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and job architecture. Benchmark pay, design leveling and pay bands, manage benefits vendor relationships, advise leaders on offers and retention, build scalable processes and systems, leverage data and AI, and drive communications and decision tools to improve equity and employee experience.

Lead and grow onX's Access & Stewardship program by setting strategy, overseeing grants and partnerships, directing government affairs, measuring impact, and aligning cross-functional teams. Translate policy and stewardship priorities into executable plans, manage budgets and the Adventure Forever Grant Program, represent the program externally, and coach a small team while producing executive-ready reporting and recommendations.
