Lead CRO, A/B and multivariate testing, analytics (GA4, Tableau), site health (Core Web Vitals, speed, accessibility), CMS architecture, and scalable web production processes. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage project pipeline, and oversee vendor relationships to deliver measurable growth and high-quality web experiences.

Senior UX Researcher responsible for independently planning and executing mixed-method qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle. The role uses interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, behavioral data, and statistical analysis to generate actionable customer insights. Responsibilities include partnering with Product, Design, Data Science, BI, and Marketing; influencing product strategy; developing UX measurement practices; advising and coaching non-researchers; and translating findings into business impact.

Build and maintain scalable backend services for content experimentation, event tracking, and app-start fidelity. Develop unit, integration, and acceptance tests; contribute to architecture and design proposals; collaborate with engineering, product, mobile, BI, and marketing teams; leverage existing services; use AI workflows responsibly; and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
