Teams at Onward We Learn

Support middle and high school students through consistent mentoring and facilitation of afterschool and weekend programs. Deliver lesson plans, provide academic and college-application help, monitor engagement, collaborate with program staff, and participate in trainings. Maintain professional boundaries, adapt activities to student needs, and ensure safe, inclusive learning environments. Part-time seasonal role (mid-August–May) with 16–20 guaranteed weekly hours, requiring afternoon/evening and weekend availability.
