Design, implement and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across IT and OT environments. Administer Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Hyper-V, networking services, SSO/SAML and backup/DR. Lead projects, support distributed sites and M&A integrations, harden systems for security/compliance, provide on-call support and mentor junior staff.

Lead origination, trading and optimization of a power portfolio across US ISOs; manage team workflows, execute structured deals and hedges, build counterparty relationships, support M&A commercialization, and provide market analytics and risk management. Frequent travel required.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support corporate decisions. Design reports and KPIs, interpret financial and operational data, present findings to senior management, support cross-functional transparency, and assist preparation of management presentations.

Design, build, and operate cloud-hosted lakehouse ingestion, transformation, and serving pipelines (Databricks/Spark) integrating AVEVA PI, Ignition, Maximo, Workday and external sources. Partner with business stakeholders and consulting partners, ensure pipeline reliability, monitoring, data quality, and contribute to governance and access controls for operational and financial data.

Support and manage OT/SCADA systems across wind, solar, and gas assets: maintain servers and point configurations, develop Ignition Perspective data flows and displays, troubleshoot RTUs/data loggers/OPC connections, coordinate with IT, ensure NERC CIP compliance, support SCADA lifecycle refresh and internal AI initiatives.

Provide engineering oversight for maintenance, reliability, and process-enhancement projects across thermal power plants. Lead outage management, condition-based maintenance, root cause analysis, supplier management, data-driven performance monitoring, and project procurement while supporting safety and cross-functional teams.

Provide fleet-wide electrical engineering support for renewable and thermal generation: diagnose trip events, perform relay settings and power system studies (ETAP/SKM/EasyPower), conduct arc flash analyses, support maintenance and NERC compliance (PRC/MOD/FAC families), assist in outage restoration and root-cause analysis, and offer development/M&A technical input.

Operate, monitor, start/stop, and maintain equipment at a natural gas power plant. Perform diagnostics, repairs, chemical analyses of water systems, equipment calibration, safety and environmental compliance, recordkeeping, and provide operator training. Work includes control-room and field operations, use of mobile equipment, and participation in procedure development and plant improvement efforts.

Lead SCADA engineering for renewable and gas assets: maintain OT equipment and data flows, troubleshoot field devices, support Ignition frontend/backend, ensure NERC CIP compliance, standardize OT systems, mentor SCADA engineers, coordinate with IT, and lead projects to improve operational reliability.

Build and maintain sourcing analytics infrastructure including spend cube, item master, and category taxonomy. Deliver supplier and spend insights, identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities, support sourcing pipeline reporting, and create dashboards and executive reporting to drive sourcing decisions and savings realization.

Lead and manage Broad River 860 MW natural gas facility to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations. Oversee staffing, maintenance, outages, budgets, NERC/WECC compliance, inventory, and continuous improvement. Mentor staff, drive financial performance, and support corporate initiatives. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.
