Lead end-to-end planning, logistics, and budgeting for assigned events (conferences, AGM, Pow Wow). Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, monitor budgets and progress, manage on-site execution, and produce post-event analysis and reports. Requires flexible schedule, travel, and stakeholder engagement.

Develops and delivers culturally grounded anti-racism and cultural safety trainings for health care professionals; creates resources and workshops; coordinates community relationships, events and special projects; provides administrative coordination and travels provincially to meet community needs.

Work with Indigenous communities to identify needs and build capacity addressing gang-related issues and human trafficking affecting Indigenous women and girls. Provide culturally appropriate service planning, coordinate targeted supports and workshops, liaise with service agencies, and assist non-Indigenous agencies to deliver trauma-informed, Indigenous-centred services.
