Leads full-cycle recruitment across ONWA, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, selection, onboarding support, recruitment system maintenance, compliance, and workforce planning. Develops innovative talent strategies, builds community and educational partnerships, reports recruitment data and trends, and advises managers on recruitment best practices while supporting equitable and culturally informed hiring.

Provide organized administrative, operational, technical, and logistical support to a department and manager. Maintain relationships with local service agencies, track and report statistics, locate Indigenous community resources, and support families. Perform office management duties, travel as required, and follow management direction while meeting strict deadlines.

Coordinates provincial initiatives supporting awareness, prevention, education, healing, and advocacy related to Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. Provides training, capacity building, presentations, and educational resources to Indigenous communities and partners. Manages community engagement, events, stakeholder relationships, reporting, knowledge sharing, and program deliverables while applying culturally grounded and trauma-informed approaches.
