Leads day-to-day Customer Control Tower execution in a 24/7 operating model, monitoring real-time operations, managing escalations, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution, and communicating with key customers. Prepares business review materials, supports reporting and performance analysis, executes white-glove processes for priority accounts, identifies recurring issues, and escalates systemic risks. The role requires sound decision-making under pressure, strong operational judgment, detailed documentation, and effective stakeholder communication.
