Lead BigPanda platform architecture and administration, design GCP telemetry ingestion pipelines, own observability lifecycle (ingest, normalize, dedupe, correlate, enrich), integrate monitoring tools and ITSM, apply AIOps to reduce alert noise and MTTR, and train/mentor engineering teams.

Design, scale, and maintain enterprise observability and alerting across multi-cloud and hybrid systems. Build observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, GCP observability), automate infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, integrate CI/CD for containerized workloads on Kubernetes/GKE/OpenShift, optimize Linux systems, and implement SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs/Error Budgets).

Design, implement, and operate hybrid on-prem to Google Cloud network architectures. Troubleshoot routing, DNS, and load balancing; build and manage infrastructure with Terraform; design secure network segmentation and firewall policies; automate provisioning and monitoring to improve reliability.
