Ontinue Benefits Overview

Support continuous improvement of Ontinue's AI-powered MXDR service by translating customer and market feedback into product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, and Customer Success; join customer conversations; create diagrams and documentation; support go-to-market and monitor cyber security trends. Gradually take ownership of product initiatives from discovery through execution.

Manage and grow SME accounts in DACH/EMEA for Ontinue's MXDR/SOC services. Build senior stakeholder relationships, drive renewals and cross-sell, present proposals, and advise on Microsoft security solutions and regional compliance to improve customers' security posture.

Responsible for building and expanding Ontinue's partner ecosystem, driving pipeline creation and revenue growth through strategic partner relationships.
