Owns Product Operations across Product, GTM, and Revenue Operations. Responsibilities include product usage analytics, dashboards, ARR and performance reporting, Pendo administration, data governance, roadmap ROI tracking, product revenue targets, feedback prioritization, GTM readiness, cross-functional processes, JIRA and GTM systems alignment, and client commitment tracking. The role serves as a strategic partner to Product leadership and builds the function’s processes and infrastructure from scratch.

Senior QA Engineer responsible for manual and automated testing across front-end, API, integration, and FedRAMP environments. Owns quality from requirements through production readiness, including risk-based test planning, regression coverage, automation, defect management, release communication, and CI/CD support. Collaborates with product and engineering teams, identifies testability risks, reviews other engineers’ work, and mentors junior QA staff.

Drive enterprise SaaS sales across an assigned territory, from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closure. Build and manage Fortune 1000 opportunities, maintain pipeline forecasts in Salesforce, exceed revenue quotas, present ROI-focused solutions to executives, and develop trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer value realization and retention while serving as a corporate security software expert.
