Leads a team of 5–6 product designers, managing work allocation, design delivery, engineering and product partnerships, team health, process improvement, and design operations. Provides coaching, career development, performance reviews, hiring, capacity planning, and blocker resolution. The role also establishes standards for AI use in design and may contribute hands-on design work as needed.

Leads the frontend engineering function, overseeing technical strategy, architecture, delivery, quality, developer experience, and people development across multiple teams. The role guides React and TypeScript architecture, establishes standards for performance, accessibility, security, testing, and reliability, manages execution and dependencies, coaches technical leaders, and partners with Product, Design, Platform, and Security leadership to align frontend investments with business priorities.

Supports cloud infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting across AWS and GCP environments. Assists with Python and Bash automation, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, application and server monitoring, issue resolution, AI integration exploration, and infrastructure documentation. The role collaborates with global DevOps teams and is designed for a recent graduate developing foundational DevOps expertise.
