Process and audit North American payroll, including federal, state, and local payroll taxes. Ensure wage-and-hour and SOX compliance, reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, support payroll system improvements and HR/payroll transformation initiatives, and assist with acquisition-related payroll integration and training. Maintain relationships with auditors and tax agencies while providing payroll guidance to employees and managers.

Supports air permitting and compliance projects across Western Canada, including GHG emissions calculations, air emissions quantification, dispersion modelling, regulatory assessments, technical documentation, project budgeting, and client communications. The role also mentors junior staff, manages project scopes and schedules, and supports environmental impact assessments for diverse industrial clients.

Leads fluvial geomorphology, water resources, river restoration, and natural channel design projects. Responsibilities include geomorphic and hydraulic analysis, field investigations, spatial data interpretation, erosion and sediment assessments, regulatory submissions, technical review, project management, client development, stakeholder engagement, staff mentoring, and climate-resilient watercourse planning. Regular travel throughout Ontario is required.
