Develops technical solutions and proposals for water treatment process systems across North America and Australia. Partners with sales, engineering, operations, procurement, vendors, and project delivery teams to align solutions with commercial goals, maintain equipment cost data, evaluate bid risks, and improve proposal win rates. Supports commercial strategy, market growth, competitor analysis, technical reviews, and smooth handoffs from awarded proposals to project execution.

Leads end-to-end design of water treatment systems for PFAS and emerging contaminants as Engineer in Responsible Charge. Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversees equipment selection, hydraulics, layouts, specifications, safety reviews, quality, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and client deliverables. Mentors engineers, supports proposals, manages design risks and schedules, and represents the company with clients and vendors. Requires field travel to fabrication shops, vendor facilities, and project sites.

Leads Onterris’s US East environmental consulting region across approximately 12 offices and 230 employees. Owns regional strategy, growth, P&L, budgeting, resource allocation, sales and profitability goals, acquisitions, operational integration, compliance, and talent development. Partners with executive leadership and corporate functions to improve performance, develop markets, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing culture. The role is ideally based in Valley Forge, Tampa, or Orlando and requires travel up to 30%.
