Lead enterprise people analytics strategy and people technology, build a small high-performing team, deliver predictive and prescriptive workforce insights, ensure data governance/security, integrate people data with finance and performance, and partner with senior leaders and Technology to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise applications: select technologies, define standards and patterns, design and integrate complex systems, ensure quality via reviews and automation, mentor teams, and drive adoption of cloud, container, and AI-enabled solutions.

Support daily collateral and liquidity operations, reconcile and verify transaction data, troubleshoot issues, contribute to projects and system upgrades, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, document processes, and back up team members to ensure timely, accurate investment finance operations.
