Teams at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan

Provide high-level administrative support to the Investment Legal Counsel team, including complex calendar and meeting management, preparing correspondence and presentations, coordinating international travel and conference logistics, processing expenses and invoices, managing SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams materials, and improving team efficiency with technology-based solutions.

Support evaluation, execution, and monitoring of private equity fund investments through manager research, fund diligence, financial modelling, portfolio analytics, investment committee materials, and active portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with global teams and support sourcing, co-investment opportunities, reporting and strategic planning.

Support daily portfolio operations across public markets, manage reconciliations and corporate actions, oversee pricing, valuations and P&L analysis, enforce operational controls, investigate exceptions, drive automation and process improvements, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
