Supports and enhances quantitative investment systems, systematic trading, portfolio operations, risk analysis, P&L attribution, model deployment, and portfolio analytics. Partners with quantitative researchers, traders, and technology teams to improve trading platforms, operational processes, software quality, and execution methodologies. Requires strong programming skills, financial markets knowledge, and the ability to independently resolve complex trading and operational issues.

Leads Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’s India private equity franchise, including strategy, sourcing, investment underwriting, transaction execution, portfolio oversight, value creation, and exits. Builds senior relationships across the Indian investment ecosystem, represents the firm externally, develops a high-performing team, and collaborates with global stakeholders and investment committees. The role requires deep Indian private equity expertise, strong judgment, board experience, and an established investment track record.

Develop and maintain enterprise software across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate within agile squads to deliver features and platform enhancements, including planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, integrations, and technical improvements. Work with Java, Spring, web services, databases, cloud applications, automation technologies, and application security while partnering with product owners, users, and external teams.
