Leads private equity investments in the technology and software sectors, overseeing sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, financing, negotiations, investment committee approvals, portfolio performance, value creation, exits, governance, and stakeholder relationships. Manages investment professionals, develops sector strategies, represents the organization on portfolio company boards, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with global leadership on investment initiatives.

Manages procurement and strategic sourcing activities across assigned categories, including requirements gathering, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, renewals, supplier performance, reporting, governance, and process improvement. Partners with stakeholders, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to deliver compliant commercial outcomes, optimize costs, manage risk, maintain accurate records, and improve procurement tools, processes, dashboards, and reporting.

Support Real Assets and Portfolio Management by delivering accurate finance data, performance analysis, transaction and cashflow support, partner/third-party oversight, valuations assistance, governance and quarterly reporting. Drive continuous improvement, contribute to enterprise data initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to enable strategic decision-making.
