Teams at Ontario Northland Transportation Commission

Perform cleaning and washing of rail equipment, passenger cars, shop areas and tools. Follow safety standards and use PPE, adapt to new processes and equipment, work varied shifts (including nights/weekends and outdoors), and perform other assigned labour-related tasks.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Mechanical Asset Maintenance division: organize, file and archive documents; upload and maintain records in SharePoint; produce reports and training records; process invoices, payroll adjustments and expense reimbursements; perform data entry, office supply management, vacancy postings, and general administrative tasks while following safety and confidentiality policies.

Coordinate and support ERP planning program implementation: monitor milestones, maintain project documentation and repositories, organize meetings and training, produce status reports and dashboards, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, support change management and resource planning to keep projects on track.
