Provides administrative and logistical support to the CMA and Patient Advocacy/Compliance Officer. Handles clerical duties, anticipates scheduling and activity needs, and supports organizational efficiency. Preferred qualifications include two years of high-level administrative or office management experience, ideally supporting a vice president or president.

Supports the Director with delegated tasks, orients and evaluates students and new staff, and provides direct patient care across all ages and conditions. Ensures care follows hospital policies and accreditation standards; maintains required certifications and training.

Provides direct patient care according to individualized care plans, physician orders, and nursing department policies. Supports patients’ psychological and physical needs. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, an active North Carolina LPN license, BLS certification, basic EKG competency within 90 days, and NCI certification within 90 days. No prior experience is required.
