Provide direct patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) on a WEO +1 schedule (two 12-hour weekend shifts plus one 12-hour weekday shift). Maintain unit-specific competencies and certifications, complete initial competencies within 90 days, and perform charge responsibilities as required.

Provide direct patient care on two 12-hour weekend shifts plus one weekday 12-hour shift. Maintain clinical competencies and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.), complete initial competencies within 90 days, and support charge responsibilities (requires one year clinical experience).

Provide direct patient care across all ages in the Emergency Department: assess patients, administer medications, carry out and evaluate provider orders, document care, and communicate with the care team following hospital policies and accreditation standards.
