Provides afternoon and evening supervision and direct client support in an in-person residential therapeutic setting. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, de-escalation, group and psychoeducational activity facilitation, client check-ins, transportation support, safety monitoring, registration, room checks, documentation, facility organization, emergency response, and coordination with Programming and Clinical teams to maintain continuity of care.

Supports accounting operations across multiple clinic locations and entities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, audit readiness, budget-to-actual analysis, and fixed asset tracking. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Lead Onsite's social media presence: create and publish on-brand content, develop and execute growth strategies, manage community engagement and crisis communications, collaborate with marketing and clinical teams, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns.
