Coordinates engineering and infrastructure projects from proposals through closeout. Supports project managers with scheduling, budgets, invoicing, procurement, contract administration, construction-phase services, risk tracking, documentation, client communication, and project controls. Prepares meeting records, tracks action items and deliverables, assists with contractor claims and change requests, and supports proposal preparation and resource planning. Occasional travel to project sites within British Columbia may be required.

Support civil and geotechnical engineering projects from proposals through construction: site investigations, bridge inspections, surveying (total station, RTK GPS), design of roads and crossings, report preparation, field reviews, and assisting project management and contract administration. Frequent fieldwork in remote conditions and opportunities for professional development.

Design and deliver resource road and bridge projects from concept to record drawings. Conduct site surveys, inspections, and construction reviews; prepare engineering plans, feasibility studies, reports, cost estimates, proposals, schedules, and perform project management and contract administration. Collaborate with field staff and engineers and travel to remote western Canada sites as required.

Provide construction-related field engineering and consultant services for a remote mine access road: site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, reporting, site investigations, design, and project support. Work includes seasonal camp shifts (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) and off-season engineering from proposal through construction.

Perform field surveys and process total station, GNSS/RTK, and LiDAR data; prepare construction layout, staking files and record drawings; produce Civil 3D design and drafting packages; support project coordination, quantity calculations, QA, and construction support. Senior staff may lead survey teams, mentor juniors, and assist with project planning and field engineering.

Support engineering resource team by surveying road and bridge crossings, assisting with road and bridge design drawings, construction layout, site and construction inspections, coordinating project drawings/reports, and supporting project management and contract administration.

Conduct terrain stability, landslide, flood and post‑wildfire assessments and mapping; assist geotechnical investigations; perform fieldwork, prepare reports, and create maps using QGIS/ArcMap while supporting projects from proposal through completion.
