Develop standard cell libraries including layout, schematics, and modeling. Create Python/Linux scripts and automation. Analyze and validate digital block parameters. Collaborate with international teams in Brno and beyond.

Lead equipment and process engineering for 8-inch front-end semiconductor diffusion and ion implantation. Drive production engineering, process development, yield and quality improvements, CAPEX and uptime optimization, team management, and cross-functional/global supplier coordination to support mass production and new technology launches.

Support photo (wafer) process engineering to improve yield, quality, cost, cycle time, equipment uptime and capability. Lead process robustness, capacity expansion and technology projects, report to stakeholders, and develop team capability.
