Drive production engineering, process development, yield and quality improvements, CAPEX and uptime optimization, team management, and cross-functional/global supplier coordination to support mass production and new technology launches.

Support photo (wafer) process engineering to improve yield, quality, cost, cycle time, equipment uptime and capability. Lead process robustness, capacity expansion and technology projects, report to stakeholders, and develop team capability.

The Probecard Engineer manages probe card performance, focusing on downtime reduction, cost savings, and improving yield and quality through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
