Coordinates patient referrals, schedules appointments, verifies benefits, obtains insurance authorizations, processes registrations, and records information in the EMR. Communicates with patients, referring physician offices, insurers, and internal departments to facilitate care. Provides front-desk backup as needed while maintaining confidentiality and accurate medical records. This is an on-site role requiring medical office procedures, terminology, insurance processing knowledge, strong communication, and at least two years of medical business office experience.

Provide comprehensive pediatric care in a clinic setting, exercise clinical judgment, oversee medical practice areas, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, maintain current medical standards, and comply with HIPAA, Colorado regulations, and organizational policies. Physician Lead candidates will also provide clinical direction and leadership for practice operations.

Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, surgical, preventive, and reproductive healthcare. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, diagnosis and treatment, individualized care planning, patient education, multidisciplinary collaboration, medical record maintenance, quality improvement, continuing education, and on-call coverage at Littleton and Castle Rock locations.
