Lead B2C growth for consumer mobile products by owning acquisition strategy, ASO, paid and organic channels, onboarding funnels, experimentation, conversion optimization, and retention. Work cross-functionally to run tests, build dashboards, reduce CAC, launch referral and viral initiatives, and scale repeatable growth processes.

Build and optimize a scalable B2B revenue engine: improve CRM data quality and processes, design automations and dashboards, enable sales through playbooks and training, partner with Marketing/Product/Customer Care, and leverage data and AI to increase pipeline, conversion, and retention.

Own and optimize the B2B customer lifecycle: design behavior-triggered, automated onboarding, activation, retention, expansion and win-back journeys. Partner with Product, Data and Customer Success to define triggers, segmentation and dashboards, run A/B tests, analyze cohorts, reduce churn and drive upsell.

Lead and mentor a DevOps/Platform team while hands-on building and operating AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure. Improve IaC, CI/CD, observability, incident management, security, cost optimization, disaster recovery, and collaborate with product and engineering to scale global systems.
