Lead enterprise business development to grow revenue and market reach for the CareStation. Develop and execute GTM and channel strategies, manage pipelines and KPIs, lead RFPs and contract negotiations, build strategic partnerships with employers, payors, unions and consultants, and coordinate cross-functional teams for deployment and implementation.

Lead architecture and ownership of an enterprise Databricks/Azure data platform, design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations (HL7/FHIR), enforce governance and security for healthcare data, optimize performance/costs, drive CI/CD and IaC, and mentor engineers while partnering cross-functionally to deliver interoperable data solutions.

The Controller leads financial operations, manages month-end close, oversees audits, mentors senior staff, and ensures compliance with GAAP and tax standards.
