The Controller leads financial operations, manages month-end close, oversees audits, mentors senior staff, and ensures compliance with GAAP and tax standards.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and COO, including calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, meeting preparation, drafting correspondence, stakeholder liaison, multi-site office management, vendor coordination, and ownership of special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Lead a regional Partner Impact team to manage outcomes, renewals, and senior partner relationships for CareStations. Develop regional strategy, drive data-backed storytelling, align cross-functionally, engage health system and community stakeholders, translate impact for board/investors, recruit and mentor team, and resolve executive escalations.
