Develop regional strategy, drive data-backed storytelling, align cross-functionally, engage health system and community stakeholders, translate impact for board/investors, recruit and mentor team, and resolve executive escalations.

Design, deploy, and operate a growing fleet of AI agents that automate business functions. Build execution and supervisory tiers, monitor uptime and accuracy, refine prompts and workflows, report performance, reduce cost, and partner with leaders and engineering to scale agent-driven operations.

The Controller leads financial operations, manages month-end close, oversees audits, mentors senior staff, and ensures compliance with GAAP and tax standards.
