Leads a research team delivering qualitative and quantitative insights that guide student experience, retention, product development, and organisational strategy. The role prioritises strategic research initiatives, translates complex findings into actionable recommendations, partners with senior stakeholders, identifies trends and risks, establishes research governance, and builds research capability across the organisation.

Supports global internal and external communications through content creation, publishing, channel management, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The role develops newsletters, intranet updates, social posts, presentations, videos, and employee communications; coordinates town halls, meetings, and events; maintains content calendars; and adapts communications for teams across Cape Town, the UK, and the US.

Designs technology-enabled online and blended learning experiences, including course structures, activities, multimedia, storyboards, and LMS content. Collaborates with stakeholders, production teams, learning technologists, and clients to deliver high-quality digital courses aligned with learning standards. Supports quality assurance, coaches peers, and uses generative AI to improve course design workflows. The role requires strong communication, autonomy, consultancy skills, and expertise across multiple LMS platforms.
