Maintains accurate financial records by preparing journal entries, updating ledgers, reconciling bank, mobile money, and cash accounts, processing payroll, managing payables and receivables, supporting financial close and reporting, monitoring policy compliance, and assisting with budgeting, expense tracking, and cashflow management.

Analyze organizational processes and data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. Apply statistical models, document findings clearly, report insights, and collaborate with teams and the Analytics Lead. The role may also involve improving systems, tools, data collection, and experimentation processes in a broad startup environment.

Lead the design, prototyping, testing, refinement, and scaled manufacturing of improved biomass cookstoves. Evaluate fuel efficiency, emissions, durability, safety, usability, cost, and manufacturability; source local materials and suppliers; establish quality controls; coordinate laboratory testing; and resolve field issues to support reliable production of 50,000 stoves and carbon-credit requirements.
