Provide high-level customer service to drive sales, develop client relationships and manage client book, mentor teammates, support store operations (POS, visual standards, replenishment), meet sales targets, and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.

Provide luxury retail sales and clienteling at a mall store: capture customer info, manage client book and follow-ups, meet sales KPIs, maintain product knowledge and store standards, operate POS and assist managers with visual, housekeeping, and KPI tracking.
