Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with Ruby on Rails and React. Design scalable backend services and REST APIs, build responsive UIs, collaborate on QA and architecture, write well-tested code, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure performance and reliability.

Develop and implement backend modules and APIs for the Onit App Builder and BillingPoint, build and launch product features, collaborate with designers and PMs for user experiences, estimate and meet deadlines, and automate tests as needed. Mentor junior engineers and work across the full development lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of channel and alliance partners to drive revenue. Recruit and onboard partners, co-develop joint go-to-market plans, track partner performance and pipeline, negotiate partnership agreements, coordinate internal teams, and support program growth and process improvements.
