Owns the marketing strategy and performance engine for ContractWorks, driving qualified demand, pipeline, and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include managing paid and organic campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, running experimentation, developing lifecycle and nurture programs, managing budgets and vendors, analyzing marketing performance, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Designs and executes UI performance, API, and end-to-end automated tests using Playwright or Selenium, Artillery, JavaScript or Java, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines. Analyzes test results, debugs failures, performs root cause analysis, validates data, and collaborates with development and product teams to improve quality. The role also tests AI-driven features and uses AI coding tools. Preferred experience includes cloud technologies, Datadog, Jenkins, Allure, Docker, and permission testing.

Leads cybersecurity engineering and operations across AWS, SaaS products, corporate infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled applications. Owns security architecture, cloud controls, incident response, vulnerability management, application security, identity protection, automation, and security operations. Manages cybersecurity leaders and technical teams, oversees vendors and testing, and advises engineering, IT, product, compliance, and executives on risk reduction and secure growth.
