Support and stabilize production trading platforms by monitoring systems, investigating incidents, executing remediation, improving runbooks and automation, and planning client implementations and deployments for bridging, aggregation, and reporting integrations.

Lead a squad building and operating oneZero's internal and customer-facing cloud-native web applications. Split time ~50/50 between people leadership and hands-on full-stack work using React/TypeScript, .NET, Auth0, and AWS (ECS/ALB/DynamoDB). Design APIs, authentication/authorization, CI/CD, and observability for a global trading platform while collaborating with distributed engineers and contributing to performance reviews.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll support internal teams by resolving technical issues, onboarding new hires, managing device lifecycles, and improving support processes.
