Coordinates and delivers complex cross-functional software and non-software initiatives. Responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, managing software releases, coordinating stakeholders, tracking metrics, creating project plans, and identifying and mitigating delivery risks. The role also drives organizational change, process improvement, communication, and accountability across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Client Services, and executive teams.

Maintains production infrastructure and end-user systems in a high-availability financial services environment. Responsibilities include 24x7 monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, maintenance, security patching, backups, configuration management, IT service request fulfillment, asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and end-user support. The role participates in on-call rotations and requires independent technical decision-making during critical incidents.

Develop and maintain core C++ technologies and real-time trading systems for the oneZero platform. Collaborate with global engineering teams, apply object-oriented design and algorithms, debug complex issues, and contribute to high-performance systems. Multithreaded programming and performance optimization experience are highly valued. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Canberra office, requiring candidates to live in or relocate to the Canberra region.
