Operate air-gapped, on-premise Kubernetes clusters across Production, DR, and UAT. Build secure self-hosted CI/CD and artifact workflows, administer Linux infrastructure, and maintain Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging. Responsibilities include cluster upgrades, patching, capacity planning, incident response, security hardening, observability, troubleshooting, and documenting infrastructure and runbooks.

Design, build, and optimize personalized recommendation models. Analyze user behavior and purchase patterns to generate insights. Deploy and monitor models in production, iterating on algorithms to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
