Supports corporate accounting with a primary focus on global payroll accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, month-end and year-end close, audit support, reporting, controls, and process improvements. Partners with Payroll, HR, Compensation and Benefits, Finance, and other teams to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and compliance with US GAAP.

Generate and close new business opportunities across the French mid-market, while expanding existing customer relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery, delivering presentations and demos, managing negotiations, forecasting, maintaining CRM hygiene, differentiating solutions against competitors, and partnering with business development, channel, and solutions engineering teams. The role requires a consultative, value-selling approach and effective communication with C-level executives.

Provide advanced technical support for OneTrust customers by resolving Level 2 and 3 cases, troubleshooting API integrations, JavaScript, performance, and functionality issues, and investigating logs and stack traces. Collaborate with product teams on root-cause analysis, manage escalations and SLAs, document solutions, create knowledge articles, and maintain expertise in the OneTrust platform and privacy industry. The role also involves using Postman, Datadog, browser developer tools, and potentially Android Studio and Xcode.
