Partners with Sales to serve as a technical advisor throughout the buying process. Conducts discovery, product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, integration discussions, and solution architecture activities. Supports RFPs and technical evaluations while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Translates customer business and technical needs into SaaS solutions and builds relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.

Handles complex Tier 2 People Operations escalations and region-specific employee lifecycle processes. Supports performance management, employee relations, compliance, HRBP and country partner enablement, and Talent Acquisition operations. Maintains documentation and execution standards while identifying process gaps, improving workflows, supporting automation, and contributing to scalable operating procedures and service delivery improvements.

Own complex software features from design through production, drive architecture and component design, collaborate with Product and UX, conduct code reviews, champion testing, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong Java and Spring expertise, microservices and Kafka experience, cloud familiarity, and hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools and agentic platforms.
