The OneSourceHR Operating System is a Windows based technology that runs on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. Our web based system is built on a single Microsoft Sequel Database which allows you access to your data in many different formats. As part of a fully integrated ASO software system, our HRIS functionality allows you to facilitate the administration of Payroll, Employee Benefits, 401(k) Plans, and multiple Human Resource Management functions which include Applicant Tracking, Automated New Hire On-Boarding, Workers Compensation, Performace Management, OSHA Log Maintenance, and Compliance.
