Lead end-to-end operations for a high-growth DTC beauty/CPG company: own supply chain, fulfillment, ERP implementation, demand planning, S&OP, vendor management, KPIs, budgets, and build a lean operations team to support multi-channel and international scale.

Lead OneSkins marketplace strategy and P&L across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms. Manage agencies, optimize assortment/pricing/ads, partner cross-functionally on inventory and CX, and build dashboards to drive revenue, margin, and growth.
