Own the end-to-end renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of non-managed and scaled B2B SaaS accounts across EMEA and APAC. Execute renewal outreach, negotiate standard terms, resolve billing and payment issues, identify churn risk, maintain forecasts, and escalate expansion opportunities. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to improve retention, collections, and renewal outcomes.

Own the product roadmap, prioritize high-impact initiatives, engage customers, validate hypotheses, and shape solutions with engineering and design teams. Drive technically complex products and APIs, use data and analytics to guide decisions, and lead cross-functional delivery. Identify organizational and process improvements, support product marketing and customer adoption, and operate autonomously in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Own the roadmap for a product area, prioritize impactful initiatives, engage customers, validate hypotheses, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable products. The role requires technical and quantitative fluency, data analysis, design collaboration, business judgment, and strong communication. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to improve customer adoption and product outcomes.
