Engage and grow a scaled Tech Touch customer base by driving OneSignal adoption, managing inbound conversations, delivering 1:many programs, and improving customer health. The role partners cross-functionally to identify engagement and expansion opportunities, uses data to provide relevant resources, and guides customers from implementation through adoption at scale.

Own the roadmap for a product area, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and translate customer problems into product opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to discover, prototype, validate, and launch products. Analyze data, navigate technical APIs, drive customer adoption, improve processes, and independently motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products at scale.

The Product Marketing Manager will execute product launches and support go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver messaging and enablement materials targeting both technical and business stakeholders.
