Support end-to-end out-of-home (OOH) campaign planning and execution: audience research, market selection, proposal delivery, vendor management, and performance reporting. Collaborate with account, creative, and product teams, use internal planning tools and spreadsheets, and present plans to clients while contributing product feedback.

Lead content, social, customer storytelling, events, demand generation, and brand standards. Manage contractors and agencies, create sales enablement, run campaigns, and measure performance in HubSpot and GA4 while collaborating with sales and leadership.

Own and deepen strategic customer relationships, ensure effective onboarding and training, drive campaign success through data-driven insight, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to scalable CS processes and customer retention.
