Define program master plans, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate project managers and contributors, oversee risk analysis, quality, governance and benefits realization, and act as primary escalation and stakeholder liaison with executives and steering committees.

Provide 24x7 production monitoring and incident management for applications and infrastructure, log and escalate incidents, coordinate cross-team incident resolution and communications, execute deployments, maintain KPI reports and documentation, and suggest process improvements.
