The Product Manager will maximize product value by defining the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring business needs are understood. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to guide feature delivery, clarify requirements, and align the product with strategic objectives. Candidates should have at least four years of relevant experience, strong value-based prioritization and communication skills, the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, sound decision-making abilities, and familiarity with Agile and incremental delivery.

Designs and defines application and technology architectures, analyzes functional and non-functional requirements, and proposes robust, standards-compliant solutions. Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure solution coherence, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Provides technical guidance, applies integration and technology-alignment principles, manages technical debt, and supports the development of solutions involving ERP, CRM, SaaS, integration, and web technologies.

The Financial Analyst supports executive leadership with financial planning, monitoring, and analysis for IT projects, programs, and portfolios. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses, and producing decision-support reports and recommendations. The role requires strong financial analysis, CAPEX/OPEX understanding, advanced Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow PPM, data quality, and communication skills.
