Services past-due and litigation accounts, monitors cases, communicates with customers, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams, researches unidentified or misapplied payments, processes payments and invoices, maintains documentation, and completes account settlement and judgment satisfaction procedures while complying with FDCPA and state regulations.

Develop and maintain scalable enterprise systems, including loan origination, servicing, and customer-facing applications. Design APIs, middleware, integrations, and secure backend services; participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, automation, CI, legacy modernization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborate across teams in an Agile and DevOps environment while mentoring peers and promoting modern development practices.

Handles inbound calls about delinquent accounts, debt settlement, payment plans, and bankruptcy-related status issues. Negotiates payments and settlements, researches consumer information, qualifies customers for repayment options, explains credit impacts and financial programs, documents account activity, and follows up with customers and authorized third parties. Maintains compliance with FDCPA and state regulations while delivering effective customer service and meeting performance goals.
