Lead and scale multiple engineering teams, set technical strategy and delivery across front-end and platform ecosystems, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, oversee full software delivery lifecycle, manage platform health and modernization, mentor leaders and engineers, and promote engineering best practices and responsible use of AI tools.

Serve as first point of contact for internal team members providing Level 1 technical support for lending and servicing platforms via voice and chat. Troubleshoot login, permissions, configuration, and connectivity issues; document incidents in a ticketing system with steps/screenshots/logs; manage multiple tickets to meet SLAs while delivering customer-focused service in a fast-paced hybrid call center.
