The role requires understanding credit reports, maintaining product and compliance knowledge, meeting application and sales goals, and delivering strong customer service while collaborating with team members.

Leads engineering teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, delivery accountability, staffing, and operational health. Owns the Platform product backlog and roadmap, translating business goals into sequenced work with measurable outcomes. Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering, makes scope and prioritization decisions, and advances responsible AI adoption to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and team capability.

Lead fraud strategy analytics for branch and digital loan originations across personal and auto loans. Produce regular fraud performance reporting and dashboards, develop and execute acquisition and verification strategies, optimize manual review and operational processes, manage fraud database, perform testing/validation and ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Compliance to implement fraud controls.
