Coordinates penetration testing engagements from scoping through delivery. Leads client calls, manages schedules, organizes access and engagement documentation, coordinates internal pentesting resources, communicates status, answers technical questions, and supports quality assurance. The role suits a junior pentester developing client relationship and project coordination skills while applying knowledge of networking, operating systems, command lines, web applications, vulnerabilities, and testing methodologies.

Reviews client evidence and controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR audit readiness. Supports security program managers with client consultations, control implementation, policies, procedures, integrations, auditor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Identifies evidence gaps, documents actionable findings, tracks readiness metrics, contributes to QA standards, and provides product feedback. The role combines internal audit quality assurance with client-facing security compliance support.

Provide fast, thoughtful customer support through Slack and email for platform navigation, onboarding, billing, and pentest scheduling. Triage and document issues, route escalations, send timely updates, maintain accurate ticket records in Pylon, and contribute to the knowledge base. Collaborate with Security Program Managers, Customer Success, and Engineering while helping build the support function and processes in a fully remote, high-growth environment.
