Hands-on Director of Accounting to own end-to-end accounting operations, ASC 606 revenue recognition, AR collections, internal controls, tax and equity accounting, audit readiness, and accounting systems. Build and lead a small high-performing team, automate workflows, and partner with finance leadership, auditors, tax advisors and investors to support growth.

Own the go-to-market data infrastructure, integrating HubSpot, Dreamdata, advertising platforms, PostHog, and website data into BigQuery. Diagnose tracking and attribution discrepancies, configure multi-touch revenue attribution, and build executive dashboards covering channel performance and revenue. Develop ABM workflows using Clay, enrichment, behavioral signals, and AI personalization. Partner with sales and marketing to improve funnel visibility, campaign decisions, and outbound effectiveness.

Serve as part-vCISO and account manager: assess client security posture, design and customize security programs mapping controls to infrastructure, liaise with auditors, guide implementations, advise engineering on integrations, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational security.
