Build and ship full-stack healthcare features across React and TypeScript/Node.js, including database migrations, APIs, interfaces, and tests. Work with AI coding agents, participate in design and code reviews, and progressively own features end to end. The role requires secure handling of protected health information through authentication, authorization, and audit logging, along with clear communication and thoughtful technical decision-making.

Build and maintain Databricks data pipelines using SparkSQL and PySpark, integrating payer, provider, claims, platform, and API data. Develop transformations, models, file exchanges, dashboards, automated workflows, tests, and data-quality validations. Collaborate in design and code reviews, use AI coding tools responsibly, and protect PHI through governance, access controls, and audit logging.

Own and scale Customer Success operations by improving Salesforce CRM management, customer lifecycle visibility, playbooks, workflows, reporting, onboarding, training, and operating rhythms. Develop scalable processes for implementation, customer health, renewals, expansions, and business reviews. Lead incentive structures, automate manual workflows, maintain knowledge resources, and drive cross-functional operational projects across Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
