Manage onboarding for new Appointed Representative firms and advisers within a regulated mortgage network. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting due diligence and referencing checks, processing FCA registrations and updates, managing onboarding cases, liaising with advisers and industry partners, handling enquiries, supporting positive customer outcomes, and improving onboarding processes. Full training and support for CeMAP and CeRER certifications are provided.

Build and own the internal developer platform across five AWS accounts. Responsibilities include Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes and EKS, observability, incident response, security hardening, disaster recovery, autoscaling, cost optimization, and platform self-healing. The role partners with backend engineers on JVM and application performance, leads infrastructure for a major traffic launch, establishes architectural guardrails, and mentors engineers while building the company’s platform capability.

Owns the design and delivery of broker onboarding and systems training across OneDome. The role involves personally training users on CRM and connected software, developing learning resources and assessments, supporting software adoption, coaching trainers, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, and broker teams to improve proficiency and productivity.
