Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis as a finance business partner. Build financial models, perform variance analysis, prepare management reporting and dashboards, provide actionable insights to business leaders, and improve reporting processes using ERP/BI tools.

Own end-to-end UX/UI design for OneDome’s web, mobile, transaction management, and internal products. Responsibilities include user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, design-system development, accessibility, and continuous optimization. The role partners closely with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and senior stakeholders to simplify complex financial and legal journeys, improve conversion, and deliver scalable experiences.

Own OneDome’s AWS-based data platform, warehouse, and production pipelines across product, CRM, and third-party systems. Design dimensional data models, ensure testing and documentation, optimize warehouse performance, and provide reliable analytics foundations. Lead architecture and technical direction, maintain data quality and scalability, and manage GDPR obligations including retention, deletion, and subject access requests. Collaborate with distributed product, analytics, and engineering teams while using AI coding tools to improve delivery.
