Coordinate across advisors, trading, custodians, operations, and technology to execute migrations, maintain platform administration, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements and reporting.

Develop new business, close sales to meet revenue goals, and manage an assigned book of business. Partner with marketing, account management, and service teams to nurture leads, oversee renewals, client retention, contract negotiations, compliance, and client wellness programs. Manage pipeline in Microsoft CRM and represent the company at events and networking opportunities.

Support national sales recruiting and onboarding: coordinate agency searches, manage candidate pipelines, produce offers, track KPIs, and concierge new-hire onboarding and training through day 90.
