Manage a book of employer benefits clients as the primary contact: advise on benefits strategy, lead renewals, ensure compliance (e.g., 5500 filings), coordinate internal service teams, conduct enrollments and client meetings, and grow business through cross-sales.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will assist individuals in selecting Medicare health insurance plans, field inbound calls, and provide outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals.

Manage a book of business and lead client projects for medical and ancillary benefits including renewals, funding analysis, forecasting, carrier relationships, open enrollment strategy, M&A due diligence, and Private Equity reporting. Support producers, train staff, and use D365 for client workflows. Occasional local and national travel required.
