Manage an assigned book of benefits business, serve as primary client contact, coordinate renewals and service delivery, advise on cost-effective benefit strategies, support enrollments and filings, and help grow business through cross-sales while leading internal service teams.

Manage a book of business and lead client projects for medical and ancillary benefits including renewals, funding analysis, forecasting, carrier relationships, open enrollment strategy, M&A due diligence, and Private Equity reporting. Support producers, train staff, and use D365 for client workflows. Occasional local and national travel required.

Provide full-spectrum People operations support including hiring/onboarding, benefits administration and compliance, performance review facilitation, compensation analysis, HR technology evaluation, off-boarding, employee engagement events, and special projects while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
