Provides customer service to donors by phone, email, live chat, and text. Resolves inquiries, updates donor accounts, de-escalates concerns, supports reception and mailroom coverage, schedules donor appointments, tracks rewards, and assists with management projects. Requires strong communication, multitasking, organization, basic computer skills, and the ability to use office equipment.
