Contacts eligible blood donors by phone, email, text, and flyers to encourage recurring donations. Builds donor relationships, explains programs, schedules appointments, sends reminders, enters donor information into databases, follows recruitment policies, meets monthly outreach and booking metrics, and helps maintain blood inventory levels.

Executes blood donor recruitment programs within an assigned territory. Builds and manages relationships with donor drive chairpersons and business contacts, identifies new blood drive opportunities, schedules drives, and uses marketing materials and communication channels to achieve recruitment goals. Represents the organization at community events, manages territory resources and budgets, supports blood drive operations, and completes required reporting and administrative tasks.

Manufactures, stores, labels, and distributes blood and blood products while maintaining accurate production records. Operates and performs quality checks on equipment, manages product quarantine and disposition, maintains supply inventory, and prepares quality control samples. Requires flexible evening, overnight, weekend, and emergency schedules, along with the ability to work around blood-borne pathogens and subzero freezers.
