Contacts eligible blood donors by phone, email, text, and flyers to encourage recurring donations. Builds donor rapport, explains organizational programs, schedules and reminds donors of appointments, enters information into databases, follows recruitment policies, meets monthly outreach and booking metrics, and helps maintain blood donation inventory levels.

Executes blood donor recruitment programs across an assigned territory, managing donor drive accounts, developing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, scheduling drives, and using promotional programs to meet goals. The role represents the organization at community events, delivers presentations, manages territory resources and budgets, completes reporting, and recruits donors during blood drives. A valid driver’s license, personal transportation, communication skills, and intermediate computer proficiency are required.
