Design and ship product surfaces end-to-end for renter, property manager, and internal tools. Own UX/UI flows, build and expand the design system, collaborate with product and engineering, pressure-test ideas, support handoff and QA, and raise overall product quality.

Lead end-to-end product for renter application, screening, approval, and claims workflows. Define roadmap, write requirements, prioritize backlog, collaborate with engineering/design/QA, instrument metrics, and partner with GTM, sales, and customer teams to grow revenue and product value.

Lead buildout and operation of OneApp's PMO, translating strategy into coordinated program plans, tools, templates, and dashboards. Own complex cross-functional programs, maintain program-level visibility, drive governance and escalation, and support change management and communications. Facilitate meetings, manage risks/dependencies, produce executive-ready reporting, and lead program closeouts and organizational learning.
