Support billing operations by preparing and processing invoices, verifying billing accuracy, responding to customer billing inquiries, maintaining organized billing records, and assisting the billing team with administrative tasks to ensure financial accuracy.

The Underwriting Specialist will analyze P&C insurance policies, assess risks, conduct underwriting calls, and coordinate with the Claims Department while providing customer service and support.

Support claims auditor by entering filings, documentation, and reports into databases. Assist claimants, providers, and clients; ensure compliance; monitor emails and enter data within 24 hours; enter and flag Trigger Diagnosis and Large Case Management notices; process claims, checks, and SLAM reports.
