Manage new business and renewal processes for captive and commercial P&C accounts, serve as primary client/broker contact, analyze loss runs, coordinate policy documentation and billing, support sales and retention initiatives, maintain compliant records, draft policy forms, and use Salesforce and other tools to expedite service.

Provide integration and application support across CRM, claims platform, and data warehouse. Monitor and troubleshoot SFTP and REST integrations, write SQL to validate data, assist with platform administration (user access, configuration), maintain documentation, and escalate complex issues to senior staff while supporting operational reliability and incremental improvements.

Provide inbound/outbound support for furniture warranty and claims: answer calls and emails, create and monitor claims, review inspection packets, authorize repairs or parts, recommend settlements or exchanges, and guide retailers through the portal while maintaining accurate documentation and high customer service.
