Manage a portfolio of client accounts, build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of solutions, forecast and report on account metrics, grow business within accounts, and handle escalations in collaboration with the sales team.

Provide legal advice and solutions for an international tech start-up: draft, review, and negotiate commercial, M&A, and technology contracts; develop legal strategy and governance; ensure compliance across markets; support entity formation and investment documentation; manage legal risk and relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.

Perform and coordinate accounting functions including financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, tax return preparation, audit support, resolving discrepancies, developing accounting procedures, and supervising or supporting junior staff.
