Develop and execute luxury real estate marketing strategies for agents and listings. Advise on digital marketing, social media, email, content, and lead generation; coordinate with creative and corporate brand teams; manage marketing collateral, project timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Provide responsive customer service, support agent adoption of marketing tools, and promote brand consistency across assigned Miami-Dade offices.

Processes and reconciles real estate sales and rental closing transactions, commission calculations, agent payments, referrals, deductions, and adjustments. Maintains commission tables and splits, generates sales reports, resolves payout inquiries, and supports transaction-system implementation. Collaborates with agents, managers, transaction coordinators, and Finance and Accounting teams while ensuring accurate, timely, policy-compliant processing.

Manage marketing for multiple luxury residential development accounts, coordinating strategy, campaigns, timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies, sales teams and developer relationships. Oversee integrated initiatives across digital, social, email, print, events, public relations and sales collateral. Monitor performance, maintain reporting and documentation, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Mentor junior marketing staff, support business development, and provide project updates and recommendations to the VP of Marketing.
