Manage end-to-end HR operations for Dominican Republic compliance: onboarding, TSS/DGTS registrations, payroll coordination, contributions (SFS, AFP, INFOTEP), attendance and leave tracking, labor reporting, personnel file maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage daily treasury operations (wires, ACH, cash reconciliation, bank coordination, fraud controls) and perform accounting tasks including journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting per U.S. GAAP, and support audits and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Provide partner-facing support for external funding partners by monitoring account reports, following up on applications and contracts, verifying paperwork, fielding support communications, and assisting the Pipeline Manager and external lenders to drive sales team productivity.
