Leads high-volume recruitment operations for sales, collections, contact center, and other revenue-generating roles. Manages recruiters and sourcers, staffing plans, requisitions, sourcing, candidate assessment, funnel metrics, performance reporting, budgets, compliance, and process improvement. Partners with sales and contact center leadership to meet workforce and productivity targets, coaches recruiting teams, and presents operational reviews to stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Dominican Republic with occasional travel.

Build and enhance the company’s BSA/AML compliance program for a fintech commercial lending platform. Responsibilities include developing risk assessments, CDD, CIP, beneficial ownership, OFAC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, testing, governance reporting, employee training, audit support, and remediation tracking. The role investigates alerts, makes SAR decisions, coordinates independent testing, and advises cross-functional teams on AML risks.

Provides on-site Level 1 IT support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, peripherals, networks, VoIP, user accounts, and access management. Manages tickets, hardware installations, inventory, onboarding and offboarding, and escalations. Executes recurring IT, security, audit, and compliance checklists while maintaining documentation and knowledge-base content. Collaborates with remote technology teams, supports infrastructure activities, and identifies process improvements.
