Supports the VFX Producer with daily project coordination, data input/output tracking, client review preparation, meeting notes, database updates, deliveries, communications, calendars, onboarding, facilities coordination, and event planning. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and familiarity with VFX production, post-production workflows, ShotGrid, productivity suites, editorial, and basic Linux.

Coordinates visual effects production schedules, targets, meetings, turnovers, dailies, client reviews, feedback, asset and shot tracking, and production database updates. The role supports VFX producers, supervisors, leads, and artists by maintaining schedule visibility, clarifying briefs, monitoring progress, and managing dependencies throughout the post-production pipeline.

Coordinate VFX project delivery by managing schedules, attending briefings and dailies, tracking shot and asset status in the production database, communicating client notes and schedule changes, and reporting progress to Producers and Supervisors to ensure timely completion.
